We’ve been in business since 2018 and are based in Dallas, TX. We are a firefighter-owned and operated on-site medical services company staffed by certified emergency medical technicians and paramedics. Our level of care is incredible, and our staff is fully equipped with the latest lifesaving emergency medical equipment.

In addition to being fully certified as an EMT at the very minimum, our staff has also been fully vetted. We have implemented a field officer training program so that our EMTs receive additional training at a higher level — bringing quality care to the people we serve.

If the EMT’s assessment shows that the patient needs to be transported to a hospital, one of our team members can call ahead so that the paramedic on the ambulance is already aware of what will be needed during the transport to the hospital, and the ER staff is prepared to take over immediately upon arrival.

Our EMTs can also provide immediate treatment for cuts, scrapes, bruises, sprains and more to prevent further injury and to deescalate these minor injuries.
